DELIVERY POLICY

Processing time
Please allow 24–48 hours for your order to be processed. Processing times are not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout. Certain products could require additional 1–2 business days. During sales and high volume periods processing time is 3–4 days.

Pre-Order Items
Items listed as “PRE-ORDER” begin processing on the date indicated in the product description and vary between items. To ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process, please note that any orders containing pre-order items will be fulfilled in two separate shipments. Items available for immediate shipment will be sent first. To avoid any potential delays or complications, we recommend placing two separate orders: one for in-stock items and one for pre-order items.

Dispatch notification
If you have not received a dispatch/delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date, please notify us by sending an email to gazzabyvodi@gmail.com including your order number.

Item not delivered?
If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2–3 days before contacting us because packages may have been delayed by the selected courier service. Once items are dispatched, it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages; however, items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.

Temporary Shipping Suspension
Due to current circumstances, we are temporarily unable to ship orders to Israel, Iran, and Russia. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Customs and Duties Charges
Almost all shipments crossing international borders (outside Nigeria) are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government.

  • Duty Handled Deliveries: Items shipped from our Nigerian warehouse will be delivered without extra duties charged as they are now shipped from within Nigeria. This means smoother transactions and hassle-free deliveries for you.

  • International Fulfillment: All international orders should expect corresponding duties fees upon delivery, subject to the local laws of the recipient.

RETURN POLICY

Gazza Republic is happy to issue a store credit, exchange or refund for all original priced items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in their original unused condition including original tags attached.

All SALE items are FINAL SALE which means there would be No Returns and Exchanges for all items on sale.

 
GIFT CARDS
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded.

  • Price adjustments are available on items purchased at the original price 24 hours before a sale.

IN- STORE STOCKISTS AND RETAILER PURCHASES
  • Purchases made in-store or through authorized retailers are subject to the return policy of the respective store where the purchase was made.
  • Please refer to the store’s return policy for specific details regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • In-store purchases may typically be returned or exchanged within a specified time frame from the date of purchase.
  • Refunds will be issued in accordance with the store’s refund policy and may be provided in the original form of payment or as store credit.

All End of season, BLACKOUT, Sunset Sale, Black Friday and Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned except the wrong size or style was received.

An order can only be cancelled before it has been dispatched.

REFUND POLICY

GENERAL POLICY
We are happy to offer store credit, exchanges, or refunds for all original-priced items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in their original condition, with all original tags attached within 10 days after delivery.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
All SALE items are FINAL SALE – no returns, no exchanges. This includes End of Season, BLACKOUT, Black Friday, and Clearance items, which are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where the wrong size or style was received. Accessories are FINAL SALE – no returns, no exchanges.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY – FOR FINAL SALE ITEMS
We are happy to accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in its original condition with all tags and hygiene stickers attached.

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery. You may return items for:

  • A different size or style.

Items that do not meet the return conditions will be refused and sent back to the shipper’s address on file.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESSING
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the delivery cost of exchanges. Returns take 2-5 business days to arrive at our warehouse. Once received, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for processing.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Price adjustments are available for items purchased at their original price if a sale begins within 24 hours of your purchase.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
Delivery charges are only refundable if the merchandise is deemed faulty. Please allow up to 3 business days for refunds to be processed for damaged items.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Customs and Duties Charges: Almost all shipments crossing international borders (outside Nigeria) are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. These charges will be included at checkout except otherwise required by the importing countries (some countries require duties to be paid at the border).

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on your delivery location. Orders processed here will take 2–5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7–16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

When does my pre-order item ship?

Pre-order items ship dates are indicated in the product description. Most pre-orders require a 4–8 week period.

If you have pre-order and in-stock items in the cart, your full order will be shipped out when your pre-order items are ready to ship.

To avoid any potential delays, complications and to receive your in-stock items earlier, we recommend placing two separate orders — one for your pre-order items and one for your in-stock items.

Processing time
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Processing times are not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout. During sales and high volume periods, processing time is 3-4 days.

Pre-order items
Items listed as “PRE-ORDER” begin processing on the date indicated in the product description. Processing times vary between items.

Dispatch notification
If you have not received a dispatch/delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date, please notify us by emailing customerservice@ashluxuryhq.com with your order number.

Item not delivered?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days before contacting us. Packages may be delayed by the selected courier service. Once items are dispatched, it is the postal service’s responsibility to ensure delivery. Refunds will not be issued for lost packages, but items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.

Customs & duties charges
Shipments crossing international borders (outside Nigeria) may incur duties and taxes. These are imposed by the importing country’s government. Ashluxe has no control over these charges. Charges are the customer’s responsibility. In rare cases, packages may arrive from multiple warehouses if unavailable in one location. Duties may apply depending on your shipping address.

Pickups
The Lagos office is open for pickups. For urgent orders, we recommend choosing the shipping option. Deliveries take 3-5 days within Nigeria and 7-10 days internationally (subject to change due to customs protocol).
